Each filter can last for up to 6 months or 300 gallons, depending on water conditions. We have carefully selected BPA-free and food-grade materials for our filter housing, which is certified by NSF 372 for lead-free filtration to ensure the highest quality and safety standards. Our certification number is C0145653, issued by NSF International in 2023.

If the "Replace Water Filter" indicator light fails to reset after replacing the filter, simply hold down the "Water" button for 3 seconds. The light will turn off and a beep will confirm that the filter has been successfully reset.
